Sergio Agüero also known as Kun Aguero is a very talented player that plays for Athletico Madrid and the Argentina national team. Attacking midfielder with a golden feet, Aguero is often compared to Pablo Aimar in Argentina. His ability to make the difference for very short distances, agility, and great technique has also brought about comparison with Romario, the former Brazilian star.

With his former club, Aguero scored 22 goals in just  52 games before heading to Athletico Madrid where he exploded on the European scene.

However his tendency to lose his focus and also to refuse to pass the ball when his mates are in better position can be seen as a weakness.

Trivia:

He is the son-in-law of Maradona hence the nickname of God’s son-in-law (referring to the hand of God).

He is indeed married to Giannina Maradona, the younger daughter of the Argentinian legend

He broke Maradona record of the youngest Argentinian player when he became the youngest player to play in the Argentinian league.

He was nicknamed Kun because his grandparents saw some resemblance with a Japanese anime character, Kun Kun

Sergio Aguero has recorded a song with a cumbia band that is called Los Leales. He was the lead singer for this song and is called “El Kun Aguero”

His senior debut was in a match against Brazil at the Emirates Stadium in England.
